**UPDATE** Our sinks have now been plumbed in! With most of the initial big bits installed, we aren't too far away 😅 Next, we have to get our equipment out of storage (been in storage for 2 + years) and installed into the unit. The main reason why we haven't released an opening date yet is because 1) the equipment has been stored for so long we aren't sure whether it all still works, so it all needs to be tested and passed and 2) to see if it all fits 😅 With the shop being a modest 10ft x 13ft unit, unfortunately, we don't have a lot of room to work with. We are hoping everything works and fits, but there's still a chance that it might not. So we are crossing our fingers, toes, and just about everything that it does🤞🏽 If not, we have to find alternatives or cut out some items from the menu, which isn't really an option for us! What we can say is we will definitely be open in January 2024 but actual date to be confirmed soon. Have a great new year everyone! See you all on the other side 🙏🏽

Our last cook was over a year ago, and even though we enjoyed doing the pop-ups, it just wasn't sustainable for us to move a shed load of equipment to venues every time. However! Last night we had the pleasure of providing some of our street food and sushi for @rhyswilz & his wife's Natasha's 10th wedding anniversary. Rhys got in contact with us and wanted to have a variety of food to cater for everyone attending. So we came up with a set menu for thier special night.
